Creative Expression Patient Leader Awards
As part of UNITE 2027, Members are invited to submit a creative response celebrating patient leadership through artwork, poetry, music, video, storytelling, or other creative media.
Selected submissions will be showcased for conference delegates to view and vote on before the conference, with the winning entry recognized during the Saturday evening conference dinner.
